If you place additional orders or purchase more than 2 Heat Sensitive items, you will need to purchase an additional Cool Pack.
Please note, once your order is placed, we kindly ask that you monitor tracking information to avoid your heat-sensitive items sitting in temperatures above 80 degrees fahrenheit. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that heat sensitive items will arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse, even with Cool Pack Shipping. Cool Pack Shipping will help preserve the integrity of heat-sensitive items, but Styles By Soma cannot assume responsibility for damage in transit.
