SHIPPING & RETURNS

***Please carefully review your order before submitting. Orders CANNOT be canceled or modified, including but not limited to changing the size, color or style of an item, changing the payment method, or adding a discount once it's been placed - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.  

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders are typically packaged and shipped on business days: Monday - Friday (excluding national holidays). Please note that the delivery date shown is only an estimated delivery time, NOT a guaranteed date/time. Exact delivery date is always based on USPS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX. Please allow up to 10 business days from order date for processing and for your order to be shipped - regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight and dimension of the package. Styles By Soma reserves the right to choose the best shipping method for all "Free Shipping" or "Special Rate" offers. 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order items are currently in production and have not yet arrived to our warehouse. These items will ship as soon as they arrive. Please note that if any part of your order contains at least one special order item, the entire order (including other items) will be shipped at the same time the special item order is shipped.

In most cases, special order items are expected to ship within 1-3 weeks, however it could take longer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
A customs/duty fee may be charged for international shipments and when purchasing at Styles By Soma, customers are agreeing to pay for all the fees regarding the package. Cardboard packaging may be removed for international orders to reduce the dimension of shipment. Styles By Soma will not issue a refund for your order if your package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees.

***Styles By Soma does NOT accept any returns on items shipped international. 

SHIPPING PROTECTION INSURANCE
We've partnered with Route to offer shipping protection insurance should your order be lost, stolen or damaged. If this shipping protection is deselected at checkout we will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen items and replacements/store credit will not be offered.

RETURNS POLICY:

***Please read the entire policy before returning any items to ensure your item is eligible. Please contact us at support@stylesbysoma.com for an RMA form. We do not process returns via phone. 

INCORRECT/MISSING ITEM

  • All of our products have undergone a meticulous 5 step quality assurance process to ensure that they are free from any imperfections and packaged correctly. If you believe you have received an incorrect item or missing an item from your order, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order at support@stylesbysoma.com or it cannot be returned or refunded - No Exceptions.
  • In your email, please include your order number, a photo of the incorrect item or if missing an item please provide a photo of your packing slip, AND a photo of the packaging it arrived in. 
  • Color differences will not be regarded as product defects.
  • If you have received an incorrect item, it must be in the same condition that it was received (tags attached, lace intact, etc) to be eligible for an exchange/refund. If the tag has been removed, we will NOT accept it as a return, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. 
      STORE CREDIT
      • All returns must be accompanied by an RMA form.
      • All returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of the delivery date provided by USPS/UPS/FEDEX with original tags still attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY and does not include original shipping charges, shipping protection charges, or tax. No cash, credit/debit card, Sezzle, Paypal, ShopPay, Klarna, AfterPay or Viabill refunds will be issued. 
      • All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee. 
      • Items that appear worn/washed, have stains or makeup, smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant or other odors, contain dirt, dandruff, animal hair or have been damaged by you will not be accepted. 
      • Wigs and hair pieces must show no signs of combing/brushing and the criss cross parting must still be in tact. The Styles By Soma tag must also be still attached to the wig. If the tag has been removed, the wig is NOT eligible for return for any reason, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. 
      • We carefully inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on its condition. If your return does not meet the above return guidelines or will not be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date posted by USPS, please DO NOT attempt to return it. You will be responsible to pay the additional shipping costs to send back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 7 calendar days.
      • Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed and up to 14 business days during peak and holiday seasons.
      • If a customer refuses package(s) or the package(s) is returned due to a failed delivery, a 20% handling fee will be issued or the customer will be responsible for paying to have the item shipped again. We do not refund original shipping fees or tax. 

        INELIGIBLE ITEMS

        • Anything discounted 30% OR more is not eligible. EXCHANGE items, OVERSTOCK sale items, DISCONTINUED items, DEMO items, SAMPLE items, SPECIAL ORDER items, PREORDER items, MYSTERY or STYLE ME items, FASHION SALE items, DOORBUSTER deals, items marked as final sale, sitewide sale items, and free gifts are ineligible for returns.
        • Wigs that have had their tag removed are NOT eligible, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
        • Wig caps, wig care products, cosmetics/makeup, accessories, lash products, jewelry, undergarments, swimwear, sunglasses, food items, and hats/beanies are ineligible.
        • Orders placed through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) are not eligible for return. 
        • UNLEASHED Membership is an online membership that is non-refundable and subject to renew monthly unless otherwise cancelled. The benefits of the program are subject to change at anytime and can be found on the company website. 
        • We do not accept any returns on items shipped international. 
        • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

        We require a $50 fee for any chargeback associated with your customer account before you may shop with us again. 

        PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return as we do not provide return labels. We encourage shipping returns via Priority Mail with insurance to protect against lost or stolen packages.
