MEET CINDY:
At 65, my journey into the world of wigs began as a deeply personal one. After experiencing hair loss due to years of relocation and the stress of my late husband’s cancer scare followed by his death in March 2021, I discovered the transformative power of wigs that same year. What started as curiosity quickly grew into a passion, as I realized how wigs restored not only my confidence but also the confidence of so many other women.

Since purchasing my first wig in November 2021, I’ve immersed myself in the wig community, becoming an affiliate and hosting my first live presentation in June 2022—an empowering moment that pushed me out of my comfort zone. Today, I’m proud to be a wig model for Styles by Soma, a role that has allowed me to connect with women facing their own hair loss struggles and life challenges.

For me, being a wig model is about more than showcasing styles; it’s about building meaningful relationships and helping women rediscover their beauty and self-worth. I also offer personalized consultations to guide women in getting the most out of their wigs, making each one uniquely their own. Seeing someone light up with confidence is the most rewarding part of my work—it’s a joy that keeps on giving.
