I love this style!! So much you can do with it. I used the blow dryer trick and some SBS Sea Salt spray. The volume is perfect. I was a little afraid of the color and wasn't sure I would like it... but it is beautiful! The different shades and highlights are mesmerizing! I am in front of a window.. all natural light. 🤩 The hairline is ..WOW! ✨️ ✨️
The item looks nothing like the picture and in order to ensure that you abide by their return agreement, you cannot play with it to try to get it to look like it should because it still needs to have the crisscross look on the top. I should have read everything because I definitely would not have bought anything from this company. When I placed the order, I had 5 items in my cart and for some reason when I checked out there were only 2 that made it through. I guess the others may have been out of stock but it did not tell me that when I put them in my cart. This one was supposed to have been deleted from my cart and maybe when I hit the back button it added it back, I do not know or understand but 2 minutes after placing the order I contacted the company and told them what happened and guess what…..NOTHING. No return email or anything. I was so excited and after going through the hell that I have gone through medically I wanted something cute. I honestly want

Laura, I'm sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, I do want to clarify a few details for anyone reading this review.
Our customer support team has responded to your concerns multiple times, and I have personally reviewed your order and emailed you directly. Both wigs were purchased at 55% off and designated Final Sale at the time of purchase. Our checkout process also requires customers to acknowledge our Shipping & Returns Policy before completing their orders.
That said, we have repeatedly expressed our willingness to investigate your concern that one of the wigs may have a manufacturing issue. We've asked you on several occasions to email clear photos of the wig from multiple angles, along with the product tag, so we can properly evaluate it. Unfortunately, we have not received those photos.
We absolutely stand behind our products, and if there is a genuine issue, we want the opportunity to review and address it. We've even offered you a complimentary one-on-one consultation with one of our wig specialists to assist with fit, styling, and finding the right look for you.
We understand that our Final Sale policy may be disappointing, but we must apply it consistently and fairly to all customers. That does not mean we're unwilling to help.
Our offer still stands. Please send the requested photos to support@stylesbysoma.com so we can evaluate your concerns and determine the appropriate next steps.

I absolutely love this! I have been losing my hair for years . I have a large graveyard of wigs that I have purchased and never worn. Nothing looked or felt right. I put Wild Heart on and instantly loved her! She looks so incredibly real! The hairline is amazing. She is very light and I was able to wear her right out of the box. (The box is pretty sweet too!)
Today I went into a store with a wig on for the first time ever! I have never had the confidence to wear a wig in front of my closest friends, let alone in public! Thank you for making me feel normal again!!!

Because sometimes you’ve just gotta let that WILD HEART show! 🔥
The quintessential layered bob! This is the perfect every day style for every woman! ANY woman! She will suit anyones features or skin tone! And on the signature luve cap, shes super natural appearing and extremely comfortable! This is the "universal color" Walnut Latte! Again, suitable for everyone!
Wild Heart is a great wig! She checks all the boxes for me. She is an easy every-day, go-to style, a great fit for my large head, fabulous fibers and a perfect length. Her cap has all the bells and whistles. If these wig features are important to you, this wig is an excellent choice. I love her! 💕

John & Jessica, I’m sorry Wild Heart didn’t look the way you expected right out of the box. After sitting in a net and box during storage and shipping, the fibers can become flattened and need a little retraining before the style comes to life.
The good news is it shouldn’t require a lot of time! Our quick blow-dryer trick takes just seconds and can make a huge difference in restoring the volume, movement and shape you see in our photos and videos. Please reach out if you need help—we’d be happy to walk you through it. ❤️
